I am local, can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes! We have 2 West Michigan locations. Contact us if you wish to use this option.

How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is $5 in the continental USA, please contact us at thepinktiara@sbcglobal.net for information on shipping outside of that are. Wholesale orders will vary

How long does it take to ship my order? TOP
Your order should arrive within a week after shipment. If you need your order sooner, it can be overnighted for $25.

How long does it take to create a custom order? TOP
Typically a special order will take up to 2 weeks. This time frame depends on what special materials need to be ordered, and how many orders are before you. We can give you a more definite completion date at the time of your order.

What if I do not see what I am looking for on the website? TOP

No problem! Just contact us so we can make you exactly what you need.

You can even send us a picture or even a swatch of fabric to match a bow too!

Are the ribbon ends heat treated to prevent fraying? TOP
Yes, each and every ribbon end is heat treated or fray checked to prevent fraying. After many uses, however, some ribbons will need to be re-treated. This can be done by runnng a lighter under the end of the ribbon, without the flame touching it, or you can use clear nail polish. We also treat our bows with a solution to help them keep their beautiful shape.

Do you accept wholesale orders? TOP
YES! We have special pricing on wholesale orders that are handled on a case by case basis. Contact us for more info.

I see a bow I like, but I would like it on a clip instead of a headband, can you do that? TOP
We would love to! We can make any bow to attach to an alligator or snap clip. If you would still like the headband along with a clip, there is a small charge.

Can I purchase a gift Certificate? TOP
Yes! Just contact us with what you need and we will accomodate. Gift certificates make perfect baby shower and birthday gifts!!

Do you ship internationally? TOP
We would be happy to ship to any of our international friends! Please contact us for shipping cost!
